Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director to lead pharmacovigilance case operations in a hybrid setting. The role focuses on ICSR receipt, processing and submission across global portfolios, while ensuring quality, compliance and vendor governance.

You will supervise teams, drive process improvements, and support inspections readiness, working with internal and external partners to maintain timely regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

• Pharmacovigilance experience, drug safety or pharmacovigilance quality.
• Experience supervising teams on complex projects and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Oversee ICSR receipt, processing, distribution and submission across global programmes.
• Own ICSR quality standards, narrative quality and source reconciliation.
• Lead audits and inspections readiness and root cause remediation.
• Establish KPIs for volumes, cycle times and vendor performance.
• Mentor staff and communicate deliverables with management.
