Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced COA/PCO professional to lead the development and execution of COA strategies across Oncology and Neuroscience globally, spanning US and international regions. You will partner with cross-functional teams, guide endpoint strategies, and manage vendor and KOL relationships to ensure timely, compliant COA projects, including RFP/RFQ activities.

A bachelor’s degree is required; 10–20% travel is expected; strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years in PCOs/COAs with evidence generation/HEOR/Medical Affairs exposure.
• Oncology experience is essential; Neuroscience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead development and execution of COA strategies across Oncology and Neuroscience globally, US and international.
• Collaborate with functional and senior leadership to raise awareness of COA in product development and indication identification.
• Build trust and maintain cross-functional communication with internal teams (US and EUR/International).
• Identify COA measurement approaches and advise endothelial endpoint strategies.
• Define scope of work and manage vendor/KOL relationships to ensure timely, compliant COA projects; include RFP/RFQ processes.
• Manage budgets and forecasts for PCO projects; track proposals, timelines, and deliverables.
• PV Project Lead/AE monitoring and coordination of internal approvals for study materials.
