A leading Insight Consultancy is seeking an Associate Director - FMCG Consumer Insights to join their fully remote team. This role involves leading research projects for major FMCG clients, delivering strategic insights to enhance consumer experience and product development. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in consumer research at a managerial level, coupled with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Fully Remote Working (UK based applicants only)
A well-established Insight Consultancy combines custom-built technology and expertise to help their global FMCG clients improve products and understand consumer journeys.
They work with many of the world's largest FMCG companies, delivering insights to support consumer experience, new product development, and shopper understanding.
Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will lead all aspects of the research process, building strong partnerships with top brand clients.
You will focus on providing value-added insights, storytelling, and strategic recommendations to aid high-level decision-making. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
To qualify, you should be an experienced researcher at Senior Research Manager or Associate Director level in a consumer research agency.
You should have an entrepreneurial, proactive attitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and seek opportunities for autonomy and career growth.
