Qualifications

• Senior leadership with commercial accountability in fire safety consultancy.
• Experience at Director/Associate Director level with revenue or P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in winning and retaining major clients in residential/social housing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead Harmony Fire's London fire engineering consultancy with full revenue and team accountability.
• Drive business development across the London market with housing associations, local authorities, developers and managers.
• Deliver complex FRAEW assessments and fire strategies per PAS 9980 to clients.
• Build and mentor the London consultancy team and ensure high-quality outputs.
• Maintain senior client relationships and strategic advisory across engagements.
