About The Product & Engineering Team

The Choreograph Product & Engineering team is responsible for building the Open Media Studio platform that powers the way GroupM pract it ioners dis cover audiences and category dynamics, create media plans to meet campaign objectives , activate media across platforms and channels and measure the effectiveness of activity . It is a propriety solution that has a fast-expanding user base across markets, agencies, and clients . There is an extensive roadmap of developments to meet evolving use cases, maintain our competitive advantage and take advantage of new developments within technology and AI .

The team consists of several specialist areas, all involved in product development . T hese include, product design, product management, engineering, data science. prototyping, project management, and product enablement .

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a senior product enablement manager for our Activation team who are responsible for providing the products to expertly execute media plans across channels and platforms according to best practice , to ensure relevance for consumers, and to deliver optimal outcomes to clients . The role will have a core focus on global clients and will work within the Global Product & Engineering team, supporting the GroupM organisation and agencies with the deployment and adoption of activati on products .

WHERE WILL THE ROLE BE BASED

The role will be based in London and report to the Director, Product Enablement for Activation . The candidate should have extensive experience working within the advertising industry and have a proven track record of conceiving, developing, and deploying complex solutions. The candidate must be particularly collaborative and work well across a matrix organisation, in many markets, and with senior executive management. This role requires developing a deep understanding of each product to effectively drive adoption and support its evolution. It involves working closely with agency leadership to plan and execute product onboarding, collaborating with users to ensure adoption, and partnering with cross-discipline product teams to support future releases and provide strategic input on product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Insight & Strategic Leadership
  • Develop a deep understanding of activation products and their global applications.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to anticipate and leverage upcoming features.
  • Provide strategic input into product roadmaps, aligning with client needs and market dynamics.
  • Drive adoption and expand the user base across GroupM agencies and global client s .
  • Global Client Enablement Strategy Execution
  • Design and implement enablement programs tailored to global markets and agency needs.
  • Ensure product adoption and execution align with regional dynamics and client goals.
  • Deliver enablement initiatives supporting effective media planning, activation, and measurement, focusing on optimal client outcomes.
  • Coordinating Global Client Activation
  • Act as the central point of coordination for global client activation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout of activation products across markets.
  • Maintain consistent delivery, support, and client success, while ensuring alignment with global strategies for media planning and campaign execution.
  • Creation of Client-Focused Enablement Resources
  • Develop comprehensive resources, training materials, and playbooks to drive product adoption.
  • Tailor resources to meet global and regional client needs, empowering clients to maximi s e media campaign effectiveness.
  • Product Education Leadership
  • Advocate for product education within GroupM and client organi s ations.
  • Deliver internal and client-facing training sessions to drive campaign success through expert product use.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry developments, ensuring stakeholders are equipped with the latest knowledge.

What You Will Need

  • 2+ years of experience in product enablement, client success, or a similar role.
  • Experience developing enablement strategies and creating supporting materials.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 6 + year s of experience in ad tech, with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and multiple digital channels and platforms. Good knowledge of campaign execution across multiple platforms including social and campaign manager.
  • Background in training.
  • E xceptional resourcefulness and quick, practical thinking in a demanding environment.
  • A strong and flexible work ethic; able to work under pressure and juggle multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • E xperienced in SaaS or tech companies .
