What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead major projects across residential, commercial, education, and healthcare sector's from design to site delivery
  • Manage project scopes, budgets, and client expectations with precision
  • Mentor, inspire, and grow a talented electrical engineering team
  • Drive innovation in electrical design, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage
  • Champion IN2 in client meetings, bids, and industry events
  • Help shape the London offices strategic direction and support wider business development

What You'll Bring

  • Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering (or related), and Chartered
  • 10+ years senior-level experience in a leading UK M&E consultancy
