As an Associate Director in Dams and Reservoirs, you'll play a vital role in engineering projects for UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects domestically and internationally.

We specialise in all aspects of dams and reservoir engineering across sectors like Water, Aviation, Energy, and Cities & Development. We provide comprehensive engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. Your Purpose:

• Lead and manage teams undertaking technical design work according to standards and high-quality requirements.
• Define project briefs, scopes, and contribute to bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones.
• Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Establish quality assurance standards in design.
• Develop and manage dams and reservoirs engineering capabilities within the practice.

What you can bring:

• Chartered Civil Engineer.
• Current or working towards Reservoir Supervising Engineer status.
• Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and/or geotechnical engineering related to dams and reservoirs.
• Deep understanding of UK design standards, guidance, and the Reservoirs Act.
