Job summary

RSM UK is recruiting for a cybersecurity consultant within our consulting team to help clients navigate risk and governance while delivering high-value assurance and advisory services. You’ll lead engagements end-to-end, win new business, and develop client relationships.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering cyber security assurance and advisory services.
• Strong external profile and extensive network across industry.
• Proven experience winning new business and leveraging client relationships.
• Experience creating client relationships to win work and increase revenue.
• Experience creating new business proposals and responding to RFPs.
• Experience managing engagements end-to-end in a professional services context.
• Experience delivering security leadership services such as vCISO.
• Business and commercial minded in approach.
• Passionate to continue career in technology, cyber, risk management, and defensive/offensive cyber services.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coaching high performing teams, resource management, recruitment, and development for team members.
• Providing high-value and quality delivery to clients by leading teams that provide cyber services and advice.
• Driving external market activities and identifying new business opportunities.
• Developing client relationships by creating proposals that demonstrate capability to meet client needs.
• Being responsible for client relationships with Partners to ensure work adds value and is profitable.
• Ongoing management of cyber services, including capability development and quality assurance.

You’ll make an impact by

• Leading and coaching high performing teams, resource management, recruitment, and development for team members. You’ll make quality time and take an interest in the team.
• Providing high-value and quality delivery to clients by leading teams that provide specialist cyber services and advice.
• Driving external market activities and identifying new business opportunities.
• Developing client relationships by creating proposals that demonstrate our capability to meet new and existing client needs.
• Being responsible for client relationships in conjunction with the Partners to ensure our work adds value and is delivered timely and profitably.
• Responsible for the ongoing management of cyber services, including capability development and quality assurance of work and reporting.
