The role combines strategic thinking with commercial instinct, requiring strong writing, presentation and workshop facilitation skills to influence client outcomes and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in insights, strategy or cultural research with expert-level on qualitative research or mixed methods methodologies.
• Proven ability to blend diverse data, trends and stimuli into cohesive strategic insights and bold conclusions.
• Exceptional writing skills producing compelling reports and clear strategic narratives.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and cultural/analytical lenses for briefs.
• Lead high-level analysis and align insights across workstreams.
• Coach senior strategists and lead craft capability across the team.
• Lead end-to-end delivery on 2-3 projects and manage client relationships.
