Crowd DNA in London is seeking an Associate Director to lead cultural strategy work, manage key client relationships, and shape strategic direction across multiple projects. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, coaching teams, and driving commercial growth with high-quality output.

The successful candidate will fuse strategic thinking with strong storytelling, develop new tools, and mentor others while partnering with senior leadership to elevate standards and expand client impact.

Qualifications

• Proven impact at the intersection of brands, culture and commercial strategy.
• Solid experience in insights, strategy or cultural research.
• Expert-level qualitative research or mixed methods methodologies.
• Exceptional writing skills with clear, global narrative reach.
• Strong presentation and workshop facilitation for high-stakes clients.
• Trusted advisor with a track record of strong client relationships.
• Awareness of financial processes, budgets and commercial decision-making.
• Project management capability to coordinate teams and timelines.
• Ability to mentor and grow junior colleagues and build collaborative teams.

Responsabilités

• Set strategic direction and cultural/analytical lenses for briefs.
• Lead high-level analysis and align insights across workstreams.
• Elevate debriefs and strategic recommendations with authority.
• Champion new thinking; develop tools, frameworks and approaches.
• Coach Senior Cultural Strategists and uplift seniority in skillsets.
• Act as senior lead for projects end-to-end and manage client relationships.
• Lead proposal writing and manage budgets and financial planning.
• Support resource planning and process improvements.
• Drive new business and nurture repeat client relationships.
