Job summary

Fintelligent Search in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate to take ownership of real estate debt transactions, analysing, structuring and executing senior and mezzanine development loans across the UK. Deal sizes range from £2m to £25m, providing broad exposure to the investment process.

You will build robust financial models, support decision-making through due diligence and collaborate with borrowers and funding partners throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing or underwriting real estate debt or real estate investment transactions.
• Strong financial analysis and financial modelling experience.
• Experience undertaking quantitative and qualitative transaction analysis.
