Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director to join the Hi-Tech & Manufacturing team within the London Real Estate business. You will lead cost management from feasibility to completion on major logistics, warehousing and advanced manufacturing projects in the UK.

The role involves leading cost planning, procurement, reporting and change control for large, complex programmes, with a focus on value engineering and client collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• MRICS accreditation demonstrates professional Chartered status.
• Experience leading high-value projects in a consultancy setting.
• Strong negotiation, communication and organisational abilities.
• Contributes to technical thought leadership and IP.
• Academic degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Lead cost planning, estimating and financial management across projects.
• Oversee procurement, tendering and contract documentation processes.
• Produce cost reports, valuations and client updates.
• Manage change control, risk management and cost assurance.
• Negotiate final accounts and drive value engineering initiatives.
• Build relationships with clients, developers, contractors and consultants.
• Mentor junior team members and support team development.
