Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Associate Director level Senior Cost Manager / Commercial Manager to lead end-to-end cost management for major programmes in the Energy and Natural Resources sector. You will act as the primary client interface, guiding teams to deliver value-added cost controls and commercial solutions.

The role requires proven procurement or commercial management experience, MRICS/MCIPS preferred, and comfort handling challenging conversations with clients to achieve project

Qualifications

• Proven procurement or commercial management experience.
• Preferably MRICS or MCIPS.
• Experience with broad range of contract and commercial models.
• Experience on Major Programmes and Projects.
• Experience of working in the Energy and Natural Resources sector (Nuclear, T&D, Renewables, Conventional Energy).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery as Commission Manager.
• Act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met through delivery of a value-added cost management service.
