Job summary

Newsom Consulting Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director to join its Programme & Project Management team in London.

You will lead major building programmes, win new opportunities, and deliver complex projects across science, HE, healthcare and commercial property. The role requires a senior professional with at least 15 years of transferable experience, excellent client relationships and a track record in governance, delivery strategy and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of transferable experience in project/programme management.
• Strong client relationships and business development capabilities.
• Experience leading major building programmes across sectors.
• Professional qualifications such as APM, RICS, CIOB, RIBA or chartership.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Act as Project Director on major projects and programmes across sectors.
• Lead projects through inception, design, procurement and construction.
• Establish and manage multidisciplinary design teams and contractor performance.
• Advise clients on delivery strategy, governance and stakeholder management.
• Lead teams to deliver commissions with high quality and commercial performance.
