Job summary

WPP Media UK is seeking an Associate Director, Commerce to coordinate client accounts across platforms and act as the main activation contact for our clients.

You will leverage platform expertise and account-management practices to manage brief, schedule and budget, delivering industry-leading eCommerce campaigns that exceed expectations. You will line-manage junior team members, guiding performance and development.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of eCommerce campaign setup, management and reporting across media owner and technology vendor platforms.
• Strong understanding of strategic and tactical digital marketing applications.
• Proven project management and people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the output of your team, both client facing and operational, and ensure adherence to controls and best practices.
• Strategic understanding of clients’ business KPIs, staying up to date with industry news and proactively spotting trends and opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with client contacts, media partners and internal stakeholders to enable flawless execution of plans.
• Drive process automation and efficiency in activation-related finance processes.
