Bring your skills as an Associate Director in Coastal Engineering. You will play a vital role in every aspect of coastal engineering on Transformational Programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic engineering projects at home and abroad.

We specialise in all aspects of coastal engineering across sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, and Cities & Development. We provide industry-leading coastal modelling and engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. If you are passionate about this industry, we would love to talk to you.

Your Purpose:

1. Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outputs.
2. Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
3. Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones.
4. Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
5. Set quality assurance standards in design.
6. Grow, develop, and manage coastal engineering capabilities within the practice.

• Chartered Civil Engineer.
