We specialise in all aspects of coastal engineering within multiple challenging sectors such as Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, and Cities & Development. We provide industry-leading coastal modelling and engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, including client-side support and construction phases. Your Purpose:

• Own and direct teams undertaking technical design work following relevant standards and codes, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
• Set quality assurance standards in design.
• Develop and manage coastal engineering capabilities within the practice.

• Chartered Civil Engineer.
• Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
• Deep knowledge of coastal engineering analysis and design in the UK and internationally.
