Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in drug development, clinical research, and operational strategy.
• Demonstrated project/program management skills including risk assessment and contingency planning.
• Effective team leadership skills with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in developing and executing timelines based on relevant data.
• Experience across complex therapeutic areas, with scientific and clinical agility.
• Deep operational expertise in planning and delivering global clinical programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of program-level study timelines and scenarios for strategic planning.
• Provide objective information and aligned QSDO recommendations to support strategic project decisions.
• Take accountability for QSDO delivery of clinical studies, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and cost-efficient execution.
• Develop governance presentations and memos, communicating key messages and risks to senior leaders.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders, leveraging governance frameworks for clinical programme execution.
• Escalate vendor delivery issues to senior leadership, driving risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and execute a QSDO Programme Operational Plan, integrating stage-appropriate needs into operational strategy.
• Participate in due diligence/business evaluations, reviewing external CDP strategies and developing internal timelines.
