Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading client or customer experience programmes in regulated B2B environments.
• Proven ownership of Voice of the Client or customer listening programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the company's client experience strategy and Voice of the Client programme.
• Lead client journey mapping and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for client experience enhancements.
