Job summary

AECOM in the UK is seeking an Associate Director - Civil Engineer – Renewable Energy to lead project delivery across wind, solar, hydro, and energy storage initiatives. You will develop and maintain client relationships, oversee multidisciplinary design, and mentor engineers to build our technical capability.

The role requires a strong civil/structural background, BEng (Hons), Chartered status or active progression, and CDAE certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• BEng (Hons) in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Chartered status or actively working towards chartership.
• CDAE certification is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and manage client relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design of renewable energy infrastructure.
• Mentor staff and review technical/contractual information.
