Job summary

Anton Page LLP, based in London's City Fringe, seeks an Associate Director to lead leasing, disposal and acquisition activities. The role is full-time and on-site, with duties spanning client relationships, marketing strategy, inspections and negotiations for lettings and sales.

You will prepare proposals and reports, coordinate with landlords, occupiers, solicitors and other advisors while monitoring market trends and nurturing a strong pipeline. Mentoring and team growth are also expected.

Qualifications

• Two years' plus experience as an office agent in a competitive market.
• Experience in leasing, disposals, acquisitions and client advisory for central London office property.
• Strong negotiation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support leasing, disposal, and acquisition activities for City Fringe properties.
• Manage client relationships and advise on marketing strategies.
• Prepare proposals, reports and marketing materials; coordinate with landlords, occupiers, solicitors and advisors.
• Negotiate heads of terms for lettings and sales; monitor market trends and maintain pipeline.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to business development.
