Job summary

A leading global consultancy is seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join its growing Glasgow team. The role focuses on leading project delivery, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior surveyors.

You will work across a range of professional and project surveying instructions, including contract administration, due diligence, condition surveys, refurbishment projects and building pathology, helping drive growth in the Scottish office.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline.
• MRICS with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of professional and project surveying services.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and manage client relationships.
• Support development of junior team members.
• Work across contract administration, technical due diligence, condition surveys and refurbishment projects.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the Glasgow office.
