The role offers a balanced workload with ~40% project/contract administration and ~60% surveying, with clear paths for career progression and exposure to an enviable client base.

Qualifications

• MRICS chartered status is required.
• Experience in commercial or construction consultancy preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building pathology, contracts, and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Handle a range of surveys and building pathology across commercial sectors.
• Support 40% project/contract administration and 60% surveying instructions.
• Work with a 10-person Bristol Building Surveying team and progress within the firm.
