Job summary

Beach Baker are representing a well-established, multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy recruiting a Building Surveyor for their Bristol office. You will join a national Building Surveying team of about 40 professionals, with a balanced workload split between project/contract administration and professional surveys.

Ideally you will have experience in commercial property; MRICS or MCIOB are preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial property within surveyor role preferred.
• MRICS or MCIOB qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work on a balanced workload of project/contract administration and professional surveys (approx. 50/50).
• Support a national Building Surveying team of around 40 professionals across offices.
• Exposure to a broad range of instructions across diverse commercial property portfolios.
