Job summary

Gartner Inc. is seeking an Associate Director to advise senior leaders on technology strategy, digital transformation, operating models, and execution assurance. You will lead complex engagements and build trusted client relationships across industries in a hybrid work environment.

You will bring strong consulting fundamentals, technology insight, and credibility in client advisory, with experience leading end-to-end engagements and managing stakeholders at high levels.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in management consulting and technology strategy.
• Experience leading client engagements end-to-end and working with senior executives.
• Ability to operate with senior stakeholders in complex organisations.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders on technology strategy, digital transformation, operating models and execution assurance.
• Lead complex engagements and build trusted client relationships.
• Coach, mentor and support consultants within the UK consulting team.
