Job summary

Zest4Talent is working with an established Building Services consultancy to appoint Associate through Director level in Leeds and York. The role involves leading the Mechanical and Electrical delivery of major Building Services projects and building a new regional team around them.

We are seeking candidates with a strong M&E background, a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, and a track record of delivering significant Building Services projects.

Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical or Electrical technical background.
• Degree-qualified in an appropriate engineering discipline.
• CEng or equivalent highly desirable.
• Strong track record delivering significant Building Services projects.
• Experience within BTR/PBSA and/or industrial and logistics developments.
• Commercially aware with strong client relationships.
• Confident, personable and credible in a highly client-facing environment.
• Able to combine technical expertise with the interpersonal skills needed to develop relationships and build a successful team.

• Work across large-scale BTR/PBSA residential and industrial/logistics developments.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities for additional work and contribute to regional business development.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight across projects.
• Mentor and develop engineers as the team grows.
• Work closely with the wider leadership team to establish and grow the consultancy's presence across Leeds and York.

Zest4Talent is working with an established Building Services consultancy looking to make two key senior appointments as part of its growth across the Leeds and York region.

We are looking for experienced Mechanical and Electrical Building Services professionals at Associate through to Director level who want more than simply another senior design position.

These individuals will play a key role in delivering several significant project opportunities in the region, developing client relationships and ultimately helping to build and grow a new team around them.

The opportunity
