We are seeking an experienced Associate Director with a corporate background and expertise in issues and crisis communications. The role involves handling high-level issues and crises across various clients and sectors, along with broader corporate reputation management. Responsibilities include working on communication positioning, framing corporate narratives, issues management strategies, and media relations.
Reporting to the Business Partner, you will use traditional, technological, data-driven, and investigative techniques to lead daily crisis activities with global businesses, leaders, FMCG brands, and individuals, providing crisis preparation, media management, and senior counsel 24/7. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in leveraging technology for real-time communication, data analysis, and strategic messaging in sensitive scenarios.
