About the role

Want to lead online activation from the front? As an Associate Digital Media Manager at Reckitt, you will have the freedom to develop the media strategy for our market-leading brands.

As an Associate Digital Media Manager, you will play a vital role in assisting the team in developing and executing digital media campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with senior members of the team to optimise campaigns, analyse data and contribute to the overall success of our digital media initiatives.

This role sits within Reckitt In-House Media team ‘Applied Media Science’. This team is responsible for the media planning & activation of digital media globally. We currently look after 7 markets and are quickly growing; this role will focus on the UK. We work closely with both external partners such as our agencies and internal teams to ensure we are following Reckitt best practice, sharing learnings and driving our growth.

Your responsibilities
  • Working with Digital Media Manager and local media team to define digital strategies and recommend ways to use social, programmatic, Search, Ecomm and other relevant platforms to deliver against business objectives.
  • The role will focus heavily on the execution & optimisation of our digital media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, DV360, Amazon, Citrus etc. Includes trafficking, in-platform set ups, troubleshooting & more.
  • You’ll be responsible for daily pacing checks and optimising campaigns based on key performance metrics working with a range of different KPIs based on both brand and performance campaigns.
  • Own Weekly reporting & support in PCA’s being able to analyse datasets and suggest optimisations based on performance and past learnings.
  • You’ll be a key POC for our local media teams and need to be able to communicate technical platform processes in a simple and digestible way.
  • Working closely with key partners to keep close to latest industry & platform developments & testing opportunities to drive our media activations forward.

You will be supported by a Manager and Lead in the team who will help and guide you with tasks to ensure performance objectives are met, as well as helping crave out your own training and development plan.

The experience we're looking for
  • Passion for all things digital media and have prior experience planning & buying paid media campaigns.
  • Ideally have hands on experience across all channels social, programmatic, Search & Ecomm but 2 out of 4 at a minimum and the eagerness to upskill.
  • Experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be particularly important in building & developing stakeholder and supplier relationships.
  • A desire to grow your knowledge of digital marketing platforms and champion being a subject matter expert.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks based on deliverables. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns deliver.
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key. You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, etc)
