Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking an Associate Design Producer to join an international content design team in London. The role supports a wide range of design, creative and motion projects and works across multiple time zones.

You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and collaborate with Senior Design Producers and design leads to keep projects moving smoothly. This is a hybrid role with onsite days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as Associate Producer, Digital Coordinator or similar.
• Experience in advertising, design agency, or production environments.
• Strong project and task management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project plans, design tasks and timelines.
• Track progress of multiple concurrent design projects.
• Schedule and facilitate design reviews and check-ins.
• Distribute meeting notes and follow up on actions.
• Support the Design Producer team with communications and workflows.
• Keep project files organized and up to date.
• Provide regular status updates and elevate risks to senior producers.

Associate Design Producer - International Content Design

Location: London

Working Model: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)

Contract: 6 months

Rate: £275 per day PAYE

About the Role

We're looking for an Associate Design Producer to join an international content design team, supporting a wide range of design, creative and motion projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and enjoys working at the intersection of creative production, project coordination and design.

You'll work closely with Senior Design Producers and design leads to coordinate multiple projects, track timelines, facilitate reviews and ensure projects continue moving smoothly across different teams and time zones.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate project plans, design tasks and creative production timelines.
• Track the progress of multiple concurrent design projects.
• Schedule and facilitate design reviews and project check-ins.
• Distribute meeting notes and follow up on actions and deadlines.
• Support the Design Producer team with communications and production workflows.
• Ensure meetings, milestones and project timelines stay on track.
• Track delivery of final creative/design assets to cross-functional teams.
• Support quality assurance, asset validation and upload processes.
• Work closely with design leads to keep project files organised and up to date.
• Provide regular project status updates and elevate risks or blockers to senior producers.

About You

• Has 2+ years' experience as an Associate Producer, Digital Coordinator, Project Coordinator or similar.
• Has worked within an advertising agency, design agency, creative studio or production environment.
• Has excellent project and task management skills.
• Is confident tracking creative milestones, deadlines and deliverables.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Is proactive, organized and comfortable asking questions or seeking clarification.
• Can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
