Job summary

MBR Dental are recruiting an Associate Dentist to join a busy 6-surgery practice in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire, on a permanent basis. The role supports full- or part-time hours (up to 5 days per week) with surgery space 8.30-17.00, Monday to Friday.

You will manage General Dentistry plus Clear Aligners, with a negotiable NHS/UDA target and 50% private revenue split on private earnings. An in-house Treatment Co-ordinator helps drive private cases, with access to in-house training and

• Postgraduate training including experience with Clear Aligners.
• GDC registered dentist with active performer number and enhanced DBS.
• Proven ability to deliver General Dentistry alongside orthodontic aligner treatment.
• Eligibility to work in the UK with valid professional credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide General Dentistry and Clear Aligners to a patient list.
• Collaborate with in-house Treatment Co-ordinator to drive private earnings.
• Maintain clinical standards within an NHS/private mix and comply with practice protocols.

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Full or part-time opportunity, up to 5 days per week.
• Surgery space Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm.
• Permanent Associate Dentist role (4-month notice period).

Remuneration & Earnings:

• Dentist required to manage a list of General Dentistry plus Clear Aligners.
• Negotiable UDA target & rate.
• 50% split on Private revenue & labs.
• Option to grow a Private FPI and Plan list.
• Treatment Co-ordinator on hand to drive Private.
• Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 plus private earnings.
• Access to in-house training and development such as discounted courses.
• Dentist will be paid monthly (no clawback)
