MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice located in Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role offers full or part-time options (4–5 days per week) with clinic hours 8:00–17:15 and a late night on Wednesdays.

The practice comprises 6 surgeries with Hygienist, Therapist and experienced Practice Manager. Onsite OPG, CBCT, digital scanner, and R4 software support modern patient care.

Associate Dentist / Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Full or part-time opportunity, 4- 5 days per week.
• Surgery space Monday to Friday 8.00-5.15pm, with late night on Wednesdays.
• Permanent Associate Dentist role (4-month notice period).

Remuneration & Earnings:

• Dentist required to manage a list of General Dentistry and provide Clear Aligners treatments.
• Negotiable UDA target & rate.
• 50% split on Private revenue & labs.
• Option to grow a Private FPI and Plan list.
• Paid monthly.
• Treatment Co-ordinator on hand to drive Private.
• Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings.
• Access to in-house training and development such as discounted courses.

Practice Overview:

• 6 surgery dental practice.
• Clinical support from Hygienist, Therapist plus experienced Practice Manager.

Essential Criteria:
