MBR Dental are assisting a dental practice located in Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role offers full or part-time options, 4–5 days per week, with surgery space 8.00-5.15pm and a late night on Wednesdays.

Typical NHS earnings range £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings, with in-house training and development opportunities. Fully equipped practice with modern digital facilities and on-site support.

• Postgraduate training and experience providing Clear Aligners.
• GDC Registered Dentist
• Active Performer Number
• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• Valid indemnity insurance (5 million excess)

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry services including Clear Aligners.
• Manage NHS/Private earnings and treatment targets as applicable.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and ensure compliance with practice protocols.

Associate Dentist / Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Vacancy Details:

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are taken into consideration.
• Full or part-time opportunity, 4- 5 days per week.
• Surgery space Monday to Friday 8.00-5.15pm, with late night on Wednesdays.
• Permanent Associate Dentist role (4-month notice period).

Remuneration & Earnings:

• Dentist required to manage a list of General Dentistry and provide Clear Aligners treatments.
• Negotiable UDA target & rate.
• 50% split on Private revenue & labs.
• Option to grow a Private FPI and Plan list.
• Paid monthly.
• Treatment Co-ordinator on hand to drive Private.
• Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings.
• Access to in-house training and development such as discounted courses.

Practice Overview:

• 6 surgery dental practice.
• Clinical support from Hygienist, Therapist plus experienced Practice Manager.
• Onsite OPG plus CBCT & Digital Scanner.
• Computerised with R4 software.
• Digital X-Rays & Rotary Endo in surgeries.

Location & Travel:

• Easily commutable from Waltham Abbey, Broxbourne, Enfield and Herford.
• 10–15-minute walk from nearest station.
• Direct trains from Tottenham Hale, Stratford, Hertford East, and London Liverpool Street

Essential Criteria:
