Job summary

MBR Dental is assisting a Torquay-based, independently owned 4-surgery practice in Devon to recruit an Associate Dentist on a permanent basis. The role is available full or part-time with flexible hours and a Monday-Thursday 8.30-5 and Friday 8.30-3 schedule.

You will work on a self-employed basis with an NHS/private mix. The practice offers a well-maintained patient list, onsite Principal support, and access to a Hygienist and Therapist to maximise chair time.

• GDC registration required.
• Active performer number.
• Valid DBS check.

Associate Dentist / Torquay, Devon / Full or Part Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting an independent dental practice located in Torquay, Devon to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Position Details:

• Available as soon as possible.
• Notice periods are considered.
• Full or part-time opportunity.
• Surgery space Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm and Friday 8.30-3pm.
• Days and hours to be discussed.
• General Dentist required on a self employed basis.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Negotiable UDA target at up to £14 per UDA.
• Great Private opportunity, paid at a 50% split.
• Dentist will inherit a well-maintained list from relocating Associate.
• Mentorship/shadowing opportunities for Restorative Dentistry.
• Dentist will have the support of an onsite Principal.
• Hygienist and Therapist on-handto maximise clinical time.
• Typical earnings for an NHS Dentist range from £50,000 to £140,000 FTE plus private earnings.
