Job summary

A well-established dental practice in Torquay is seeking an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis, offering full or part-time opportunities. The practice is independently owned, fully digitalized, and provides a range of dental services including specialist care. This role includes support from an onsite Principal and flexibility in working hours, ensuring a conducive environment for professional growth.

Qualifications

• All candidates must be registered with the GDC and hold an active Performer Number.
• A recent DBS certificate will also be required on request.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of general dentistry and specialist services.
• Work alongside an onsite Principal for mentoring in Restorative Dentistry.
• Utilize support from Hygienist and Therapist to maximize clinical time.

Associate Dentist / Torquay, Devon / Full or Part Time

MBR Dental are currently assisting a dental practice located in Torquay, Devon to recruit an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.

• Independently owned dental practice.
• Flexible start date, with notice periods taken into consideration.
• Full or part-time opportunity.
• Surgery space Monday to Thursday 8.30 am-5 pm and Friday 8.30 am-3 pm.
• Optional evenings can also be accommodated.
• Negotiable UDA target depending on days worked.
• Up to £14 per UDA, depending on experience.
• Great Private opportunity, paid at a 50% split.
• Practice can offer an established and well-maintained list from relocating Associate.
• 3 surgery dental practice, soon to be extended to 4.
• Fully digitalised with Dentally software, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo, and brand-new Belmont chairs.
• The practice offers all aspects of general dentistry plus specialist Endodontics, Implants, Sedation, Periodontics, and Restorative Dentistry.
• Dentist will have the support of an onsite Principal who can also offer mentoring in Restorative Dentistry.
• Hygienist and Therapist support to maximise clinical time.
• Off-road parking is available just a three-minute walk from practice and on-street parking is available directly outside.
