Remuneration: Circa £120,000+

Description:

Part-time or Full-time ASSOCIATE DENTIST required for 2-5 days per week (FLEXIBLE WITH DAYS) in a busy, mixed, INDEPENDENTLY OWNED PRACTICE in Harlow, Essex.

1. £14 per UDA
2. Excellent private remuneration at 50%
3. 50/50 split on lab bills
4. Fully computerised surgeries
5. Totally paperless with Clinipads ease of obtaining patient consent
6. Digital Radiography
7. CBCT Scanner
8. Well established practice
9. Excellent management staff, some have been at the practice for over 40 years
10. Supportive and friendly team
11. Principal with over 17 years of experience as a FD trainer with the London Deanery NHS practices
12. High Street Locations. Established friendly run practices.
13. Can offer Tier 2 Sponsorship visa
14. Extremely busy group of practices based in and around London

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
