Qualifications

• Experience in data platforms, particularly in production environments.
• Knowledge of streaming technologies.
• Understanding of data contracts and schema evolution.

Skills

Experience as a data/platform engineer working on distributed systems

Hands-on experience with open-source data integration and streaming technologies

Experience in enabling workflow automation for technical users

Strong understanding of data modelling fundamentals

Experience designing for reliability, scalability, and operability

Strong practical security mindset focused on least privilege
