SHI International Corp. in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate Data Analyst to support data-driven requests and initiatives. You will gather, analyze, and summarize data, generate reports, and develop ad-hoc analyses to identify opportunities and inform decisions.

The role focuses on data collection across segments, writing reports, and monthly/quarterly performance reporting, including financial and operational KPIs, with Power BI reporting as a key delivery method.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of data/analysis experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access for reporting and data management.
• Experience writing reports and dashboards with Power BI.
• Strong data collection, validation, and governance skills.
• Ability to collaborate with management and multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SHI management to support data requests and initiatives.
• Collect and analyze activity, including forecasts across segments.
• Track performance against goals, forecasts and plans.
• Develop and maintain reports from multiple databases.
• Write Power BI reports for performance management.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on financial performance and KPIs.
• Assist with business case development and ad-hoc analyses.
