A leading company is seeking a motivated Customer Advocate to contribute to their Renewals team. This remote position involves managing the renewal lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for customer needs. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to driving customer satisfaction.
Customer Advocate UK remote
The Customer Advocate (CA) is a key contributor to the Renewals team. The CA will proactively initiate the annual renewals process and manage all phases of the renewal lifecycle. This includes leading the renewal sales process with stakeholders, preparing, delivering, and negotiating pricing options, revising assets, obtaining quote/PO approvals, and filing paperwork.
The CA manages the renewal pipeline and works directly with Business Leaders, Account Management, Fulfillment, Finance & Services to gather updates and feedback related to renewals.
The CA is also expected to understand customer pain points and identify ways Aptean can add value and modernize their business, utilizing the Sales & Support Team and internal opportunities.
The CA will assist in negotiating and evaluating customer requests, advocating for the Aptean Value Proposition, and serving as the first point of contact for renewal inquiries via support lines, email, or ticketing systems.
Responsibilities include working closely with Renewal Analysts, managing negotiation processes, collaborating cross-functionally, tracking activities, owning product lines or accounts, building customer relationships, providing feedback for process improvements, and performing other duties as assigned.
