Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Cost Manager to join our Real Estate team, supporting high-profile fit-out and refurbishment projects, focusing on MEP.

Key Accountabilities

• Managing the implementation of a revised reporting structure across all MEP Design & Construction and retail projects.
• Managing aspects of MEP quantity surveying and cost consultancy, including pre- and post-contract duties.
• Assisting in producing MEP cost estimates and cost plans.
• Contributing to the tender process, reviewing and analyzing MEP tender returns, and supporting client recommendations and procurement advice.
• Producing guidance notes on reporting structures to ensure proper training for clients and vendors.
• Managing stakeholder relationships through chairing client meetings and presenting data findings.
• Publishing and presenting monthly reports, programme dashboards, and bi-weekly status updates.
• Collaborating with vendor representatives to ensure effective project reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across the MEP project lifecycle.
• Professional qualification (RICS, CIBSE, or similar).
• Degree or HNC qualification.
• Experience in delivering MEP work for clients.
• Knowledge of and contacts within the MEP supply chain.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Proficiency with digital software for cost management services.
