Qualifications

• Consultancy-based cost management/quantity surveying experience.
• Employer's Agent and contract admin background required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering complex projects with multiple priorities.
• Ambitious, proactive with autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-value construction projects through all stages.
• Provide Cost Management, Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services.
• Administer NEC and JCT contracts.
• Manage budgets, cost reporting and change control.
• Produce clear commercial reports and client updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and work-winning activities.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
