Qualifications

• MRICS Chartered Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor with consultancy background.
• Strong experience in Employer's Agent and Contract Administration.
• Solid knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects with a proactive, autonomous approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management and contract administration across a varied project portfolio from inception to completion.
• Manage budgets, cost reporting and change control.
• Produce clear commercial reports and client updates.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; support business development.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
