Job summary

Ridge and Partners LLP in Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic Cost Manager to deliver cost management and employers agent services across public and private sectors. You will lead on complex schemes, manage a team, and work closely with clients to ensure governance and satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be Chartered with RICS, experienced in cost management and contract administration, and capable of winning work while building relationships with clients and design teams.

Qualifications

• Chartered with RICS accreditation is required.
• Experience in cost management and Employers Agent roles across private/public sectors.
• Ability to interpret and administer contracts (JCT/NEC).
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and win work.

Responsibilities

• Lead on high value, complex schemes and manage project sections.
• Manage a team and develop Ridge’s services in the cost management field.
• Deliver clear reports and updates to senior management and clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with multi discipline teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel and represent the firm with clients.
