RGB Recruitment is seeking a Chartered Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join a growing multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy in Cardiff with hybrid working. You will manage high-value projects from inception to completion and contribute to client relationships and business development.

As an Associate level professional, you’ll lead cost management, Employer's Agent and Contract Administration services, administer NEC and JCT contracts, mentor junior team members and drive

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification required or equivalent.
• Consultancy-based Cost Management/Quantity Surveying experience.
• Strong Employer's Agent and Contract Administration background.
• Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering complex projects and managing multiple priorities.
• Commercially minded with a track record of developing client relationships.
• Proactive, autonomous professional with leadership potential.
