Job summary

Dentons in London seeks an Associate for the Corporate transactional team to work on high-quality mandates including cross-border deals, restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic projects, developing expertise in a team with deep sector knowledge.

You will manage client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor junior lawyers while delivering first-class service. The role offers exposure to global clients and dynamic cross-border work within Dentons' 80 offices worldwide.

Our Corporate team manage a range of high-quality transactional mandates including deals in public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets and corporate recovery. Our advisory mandates include restructurings, joint ventures and strategic projects.

Our lawyers work on the full spectrum of corporate transactions, from strategic planning through due diligence to post-closing integration.

We have a great opportunity for an Associate to join the London Corporate transactional team. The successful candidate will develop their expertise in a team that has deep sector knowledge and far-reaching experience in advising global, national and emerging companies.

You will maintain client relationships, contribute to business development and thought leadership, raising your own profile and supporting the continued growth of the practice.

Required experience, skills, and attributes

You will take a prominent role on a wide range of corporate transactional and advisory mandates, working with

colleagues within Corporate and elsewhere to deliver a first-class client service. In addition, you will be accountable for:
