  • Take ownership of defined project workstreams, conducting research and analysis, testing hypotheses and developing actionable recommendations
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity and emerging technologies, including AI, to identify opportunities and implications for RELX businesses
  • Develop quantitative models and qualitative insights to assess strategic options and their commercial impact
  • Create clear, decision-oriented presentations and communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Build effective relationships with colleagues across strategy, product, commercial and other business functions
  • Support RELX-wide communities by organising forums, sharing insights and best practices, and facilitating networking across strategy, product and commercial teams
Requirements

  • Demonstrate strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Be able to think strategically and tactically, connecting the broader business context with operational detail
  • Have advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Be able to manage competing priorities and take ownership of workstreams, working independently and as part of a team
  • Be intellectually curious, creative and attentive to detail
  • Be internally motivated, positive and self-starting, with a commitment to learning and developing new skills
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgement and a collaborative working style
  • Be able to build relationships and communicate effectively in multicultural, multinational environments
