Elsevier’s Strategy team is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to partner with senior leaders, lead company-wide strategy initiatives, and shape long-term direction. The Elsevier Strategy team plays a central role in shaping the long-term direction and growth of the business. Working at the heart of the organisation, the team partners closely with senior leaders across Elsevier and RELX to develop enterprise-wide strategies, evaluate growth opportunities, and lead high-impact initiatives that span multiple business areas. Combining rigorous analysis with strategic thinking, the team helps define future priorities, supports key decision-making processes, and delivers insights and recommendations that influence executive leadership and Board-level discussions. This is a highly visible team where collaboration, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate complex business challenges are valued and rewarded.
The Senior Strategy Manager works directly with Elsevier's most senior leaders, leading strategy planning across the company, preparing presentations for Elsevier and RELX leadership teams and driving company-wide strategy projects. Reporting to the EVP Strategy, this role is highly visible and offers the opportunity to influence strategic direction, support executive decision-making, and lead high-impact initiatives across the organisation.
