Job summary

Super Group, the NYSE-listed digital gaming company behind Betway and Jackpot City, is seeking an Associate in Corporate Development in London. You will identify, analyse and execute M&A and investment opportunities to drive growth, while supporting major strategic projects across the group.

The role offers direct exposure to the C-suite, with collaboration across legal, finance, accounting, product, and regulatory teams. A strong M&A, modelling background and strategic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or strategy consulting.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Proven ability to lead due diligence workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of M&A transactions across the full deal lifecycle, including sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and closing.
• Lead strategic and venture investments, from origination through execution and portfolio management.
• Lead broader strategic projects across the Group, including new market entries and internal due diligence / strategic reviews.
• Conduct sector, market, and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
• Build and analyse financial models, including operating models, DCFs, returns analysis, and unit economics analysis.
