Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful professional relationships across candidate and client networks.
  • Client Engagement: Support the design and execution of talent strategies tailored to client needs and contribute to business development efforts.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively research, identify, and engage high-calibre candidates through strategic outreach including platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking events.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured screenings and interviews to assess technical fit, motivation, and long-term potential.
  • Performance Focus: Operate with commercial awareness and a strong sense of accountability for outcomes; your contribution will directly impact firm success.
