Initially, you will act as both technical lead and delivery specialist, before building and leading a dedicated team as the discipline grows. A dedication to personal and professional development is highly valued, affirming your commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

Personal Attributes

Successful candidates will be expected to consistently behave and interact in line with the values of the business (Aim High, Act Responsibly, Value People), while growing and leading their team, setting objectives and developing people, with the aim of providing a high-quality service to both internal and external clients.

Effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial for internal and external interactions. You should excel in client collaboration, consistently meeting expectations and driving business success.

Collaborative teamwork is essential, but you should also be self-assured in independent decision-making. A persuasive and professional approach, along with an entrepreneurial mindset, is a must.
