  • Work across multiple projects and support coordination between disciplines to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute positively to team development and knowledge sharing.
  • Use a solution-based approach to solve complex engineering problems and develop high-quality technical solutions.
WHAT WE NEED
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, building services engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in the design and construction of data centres, mission critical facilities, infrastructure projects, or large-scale industrial facilities.
  • Good knowledge of RIBA/BSRIA design stages and construction processes.
  • Experience in the production and delivery of mechanical design within a multidisciplinary design environment.
  • Experience in sustainable design, including energy efficiency, renewable integration, and low-carbon strategies.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical technical design, including calculations, system strategy, coordination, controls and commissioning, and technical delivery.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in mechanical calculation software.
  • A strong interest in professional development and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Chartered with a relevant institution, or working towards chartership, would be beneficial.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of BIM software such as Revit and Navisworks would be advantageous.
